How Do You Know When Your Body Looks Good? Discover Your Ideal Shape

Your body is the most powerful and influential form of advertisement for your image. So how do you know when you are looking great? In order to be confident in how you look, you have to be happy in your body–and in your life.

When it comes to eating healthy, you can have your cake and eat it too. In other words, don’t wait for another person’s opinions (that probably won’t change much) and assume that what you are eating will always satisfy you. I know it seems like it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try anything if it makes you feel good for a while and then you wonder why you aren’t in shape after a week or so, but remember–you are not a car. You are not a plane. Your body responds to exercise and diet differently. You don’t ever have to be stuck with the same old junk food. In order to eat healthy, you have to become more specific than “eat whole foods.” As long as you are eating a combination of whole foods, you are safe. But don’t confuse eating healthy with putting on a scale. Your body isn’t a scale, and changing how you cook or decorate meals is a far more difficult and dangerous process. You are a living, breathing person, not an object to be measured and labeled. When you know your body works the way it should, you can be more specific about how you want your food to look, and you can work towards eating better.

I’m going to share three tips to help you improve your eating habits: 1. Don’t compare your food–especially your cooking habits. 2. Always check your nutrition label to make sure that you are eating the healthiest foods. 3. Don’t think that making a salad is unhealthy. Check out this excellent post: Salad and Weight Loss . They say the best meal for weight loss is the one you actually want to eat. But how do you know this? Well, you can start by taking your food outside of the house. Do you have an apple, pear, or banana for lunch?
