How One Small Change Of The Mind Can Transform Your Whole Body

If we live in a culture that tells us no matter what we do, we will never be happy, then how can we not change ourselves? So, in order to achieve happiness, we need to become the person we wish to be, and then the universe has to change its course to make this possible.

I’m going to break down the steps of this process, and show you how to move from “not very happy” to “happily content”. First, you have to let your subconscious mind know that you are happy and want to be happy.

Happiness is in the eye of the beholder. Some view it as an absence of happiness, but I’d rather view it as a manifestation. The subconscious mind has no say in it, but it has influence over our actions. A simple example is a person with low self-esteem who doesn’t think that she looks beautiful. Her subconscious mind would see her as ugly, making her feel bad about herself. This leads to the person developing low self-esteem and looking at herself as ugly. However, when she looks in the mirror and sees the person who looks like her in the mirror, she starts to feel better about herself. Her thoughts about her own appearance are replaced by thoughts about the person she looks like in her mirror. Her conscious mind is completely unaware of this change, and it doesn’t even know what a beautiful, attractive image or person looks like. But for the subconscious mind to work, your conscious thinking has to change.

I’m not the first person to talk about how a person can overcome negative thoughts. I could point to hundreds of books on this subject, but you’ve either read about this process already, or you haven’t. But I find it valuable to talk about this because it gives you an idea of how much work you’ll put into a change like this. The best way to become happy is by learning how to change your thinking about yourself, and your thoughts about the people around you. The universe wants to put us into situations that will put us in a place where we feel secure and fulfilled. And what makes us feel secure and fulfilled is having an inner connection of peace, bliss, etc.

We are so often distracted by negative thoughts that it’s impossible to really find what we actually want. Our subconscious mind likes to bring us back to the here and now with a happy ending. This is why I have a list of things I try to do every day where I can be happy. Things like walking, breathing, spending time with my kids, going out, and so on. It’s because of all of the positive thoughts I keep telling myself every day about the things I enjoy, that I’m not very happy right now. If I were to read every day about how much I wish I could be happier, I could be.

The main thing that people tend to forget is that there’s a time where a positive thought has the potential to turn into a negative thought. When this happens, you have to stop talking about it and allow the positive thoughts to continue in their lives. It really, truly happens.

After a period of time of focusing on an external situation, your subconscious mind will get a clue and send you to the past. This will happen whenever you let it. What happens is that you let a negative thought about a past event continue to occur in the present. You will be happy and relaxed, but your thought will always lead you back to the event that caused the negative thought in the first place.
