Every minute is precious time. If you’re like most individuals, you probably spend way too much of your time feeling guilty, and too little time actually getting things done. You can’t buy happiness right now. But by doing more and doing better, you increase the likelihood of having more and more happiness, and ultimately that’s how you’ll be happy.

The steps in this video go over some concrete ways you can make your experience at work more productive.
