How To Find Happiness In Any Situation

Happiness is a natural emotion that can thrive and thrive, but how do I find happiness, and how can I nurture it with my family? In this insightful video, Dr. Tara Brach presents the answers.

The ability to be happy or happy to be, depends on which state you are in: in pain, in a bad situation or you are happy or happy to be. What are the emotions that make you happy and how can you be happier? This talk aims to answer these questions.

I have been a psychologist for many years. One of the common questions that people ask me is “how do I know what’s right for me” and the response that I have given many times is “the only way I know is through my own research and study.” A lot of times, the people are so stressed, and they think that what they do for a living, what they are doing to improve their own life, their own happiness, is not right for them. This is a typical answer I give. Many people come to me having already done a lot of the research, having already done the research and have chosen to stop because they thought it wasn’t right for them. And then they tell me, “my therapist tells me that she thinks that this is not the direction she is headed in. So I thought I would give it a shot.” And the answer is, “if a therapist tells you that, and you think that’s right, and your therapist tells you that your situation is not right for you, do it.”

In this talk, Dr. Brach discusses, and describes her life’s work. There are a few things you need to know first… This talk is not meant for the general audience. There are a lot of things that you can find out for yourself in a course of reading, online classes or in books that you read. You do need to have an expert counselor to help you through this process but with a little knowledge there is no reason you can’t figure all this out yourself. What is this talk not about? This talk is not to get you a job. This talk is not for making you happy, and this is not the “how-to” talk if you want to become a rock star or a millionairess. This talk is about happiness in general . That means: If you’re experiencing emotional pain, if you’re suffering, and you’re suffering because you feel in pain, that’s not good. We know that we can find happiness in even the most difficult situation, and what I’m talking about here is: I mean how do we manage and get better at our emotions. How do we manage and use our emotions in the ways that we want to. How do we manage our emotions even when we are dealing with emotional pain? How do we cultivate and grow our emotions. The answers I’ll provide in this talk are not easy, but the more you learn about them, the more you will feel better about yourself. I want to give you this knowledge, this knowledge that is all around us. I want you to start feeling better and to start feeling better about your own life and your own happiness. The goal is not to make you happy, and what Tara Brach has done in her life is that, is make you happier.
