What if I already have the muscle but need more muscle? I don’t care what you look like… or how you looked 20 years ago or 5, 10, 15 years ago or more importantly now, your body now in the present. We all have bodies that do fit into that frame. It’s our mentality about ourselves that causes us to look different, to be different, to gain, lose, or gain weight to a specific size. I’ll show you how to be who you are, what your body is, how you should weigh and look, and then how to get it back to being your true size or your ideal size. All I ask is that you try the workout with the information. If you don’t like it, I wouldn’t blame you. If you do and want to become less fat, then I’ll be glad to help you get there as well.

Let’s look at some examples: 1) I have the ideal body type, but I’ve noticed my shoulders and upper chest are big and I am really chubby. I don’t know if my size is due to genetics or if I’m just more susceptible to chubbiness, but I just wish my legs were thicker too. I have been dieting in addition to working out for a while, and I’m losing weight, but I’m not as toned or toned on the lower body and my arms. Can I still work out? I need to do some cardio to burn more calories and get in shape! 2) I eat healthy, but I’m starting to lose the weight I want. I do take a workout break once a week when I’ve put on a little weight or if I’m just sick and tired of feeling heavy in my stomach or my heart. My goals are to drop enough weight to be more noticeable in my jeans, wear more comfortable tops, and to be more fun and fit. Could it be that I’m not eating enough, my meals are a little weird or that I just want to lose a little weight right away? Do I need to take a workout break? 3) I need the extra muscle for a project I want to do. My gym membership has just expired after 7 years and I don’t want to use up the money in order to keep myself in shape and do my work well. I’d like to work out to lose my body fat, but I’m worried about losing muscle mass too, so I don’t want to just get into a gym and push myself to drop any extra weight. I only take a cardio break when I’m out of town or at my vacation home in Florida or the Bahamas.
