How To Make Your Body Fit Into That Black Coat You Always Feel Like You Needed To Wear

You have no control over any of the other factors which influence why your body looks a certain way, but by making your body fit into a certain look, you can avoid certain problems and problems along the way. This is particularly important for the body of a young woman or a younger man as they will, over time, face many issues caused by the pressures of being so young and young at heart.

Many people think that by being lean, toned, and muscular you have a choice about how to dress. In a world where everyone is bombarded with messages about what they should and shouldn’t look like, it could be hard, but if we can make adjustments to allow ourselves to be as comfortable as possible, we get the most out of those curves we want, with little worry they will get in the way.

Below I share the key principles which have helped me learn to love my body, and avoid many of the problems that are the result of a diet.

1. Your Look Is Not Your Health.

Being an attractive person is not about your physical appearance. It should never be about this, and should not depend on it. If your goal, after looking at your body, is to get to a certain health, then I would be interested to hear what works for you. I do not have the same goals as many people out there, but they seem to want a particular look. Just because a certain group of women and body types have certain look (or lack thereof) doesn’t mean it is right for you, or that others won’t feel the same way.

2. It Doesn’t Have To Be A Slim, Toned, Lean Shape.

As with any other human being, your body shape is a result of genetics, nutrition and training. When it comes to your shape, whether it is a muscular shape or a more slender, toned shape, or a round body or a more pear shaped or curvy figure, you should not let fitness or physical appearance shape your self-image.

3. Be Aware Of Your Style.

Don’t limit yourself to a narrow, tight, narrow, straight, round or skinny body. A look at different body shapes shows how you can fit yourself into any body type.

4. Let Your Body Grow.

If you’re overweight, you can lose a lot of weight by simply changing your eating habits and by cutting out sugar, and you can learn to control your weight with a program such as The “Breathe” Program , which you can download free on and follow for a few months.

5. If You’re Trying To Lose Weight, Focus On Your Waist-to-Hips Ratio.

The more fat you pack on your waistline and hips, the lower your center of gravity will be and the less stress your body will have to carry. Don’t be discouraged if at first you don’t seem to see results. It takes time to get rid of cravings/addiction and find a healthy diet that still works for you.

6. If You have A Lot of Fat On Your Waist, Keep Up The Cardio, Don’t Stop It.

A strong core and an active lifestyle support a strong waist. Cardiovascular activity allows your body to use fat stores for energy to support fat-burning cells without the use of glycogen or glucose. Your waist will be higher and you will burn more energy from fat stores.

Now, I will share the tools I use to find my ideal look, and to adjust my diet to find some balance. There are so many factors that determine what shape you are after. It’s so important to not be in the mindset that all you have to do is change your diet or exercise routine and you will find yourself beautiful.

1. I use a scale with an accurate scale. No one wants to stand all day at the scale.
