Ingredients (all homemade) 

This recipe can be used for the entire body, except the hands and feet!

– 1.5 ounces coconut oil

– 1.5 tablespoons coconut cream, unsweetened, unsalted

– 3 tablespoons maple syrup

– 3 packets pure vanilla flavor extract

– a pinch of cinnamon

– 1 pinch of nutmeg

– a pinch of allspice

– 2 or 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

– 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks, optional 


1. Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.

2. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper, and place a piece of silicon mat on top of the tray.
