How To Make Your Sleep As Sweet As Your Dinner

You spend years getting your mind in the right place and then when you finally find your ‘right guy’, you never even know it until you actually get there. I’m a firm believer that you never know when you just might be ready to take that leap and start experiencing the life you’ve been dreaming of.

We are all in the midst of a life-stage transformation that will take place within a few years. At some point in their lives, most adults will become ‘older’ mentally – with the exception of those in their 20s and younger, as those are still developing. As you approach the years of adulthood, life comes to a halt for many of us… and for the last several years, that’s been most of the world. We have all been waiting for the right guy. And most of us just can’t seem to find him or her. The question is – will the life we’re dreaming of start to happen at all? Do we even realize what the dream really looks like? This is an open forum to discuss all aspects of getting it.

This blog is the home of my own personal blog, ‘The Adventures of Ira’, which explores things from a non-sexual perspective, focusing on experiences with the opposite sex, as well as my own interests, relationships, goals and values. It’s also a place where I have posted the past few years of journal entries, with dates and thoughts and reflections. I will be adding new entries to this blog in a regular basis over the next few years, and I encourage you to do the same.

I’m really excited to continue this writing in the new place I’ve chosen, and I hope you’re all excited about this too. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me on my facebook by clicking HERE .

I would like to think of the blog as a personal journal of sorts, a place I can bring with me on my journey. I welcome thoughts, suggestions and comments and would love to get you all caught up on the latest here as well as my new plans, ideas and inspirations. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to visit my blog over the years or who has left a comment of some kind. To everyone reading this as I publish this, I know that if you find yourself feeling lost, in need of some direction or help, I know how you will feel… and I welcome you with open arms to all of my ‘bloggy’ activities.

In the meantime … here’s what’s up:

June 23 ’07 – A new entry was added, as well as a few comments and some thoughts…

April 8 ’07 – I was reminded a couple nights ago of the great advice that Mr. Money Mustache provides in his book, Mr. Money Mustache: How to Live the Good Life! He said a lot of people will tell you that they can’t find Mr. Money Mustache. When I realized that his words really apply here as well, I decided to take it upon myself to find Mr. Money Mustache and see what the adventure had in store. It didn’t take long. And it’s amazing. Here’s how I found him:

January 19 ’07 – I’ve had some time at the new site and I just want to thank everyone for making the transition from the old site much easier. I’ve been very blessed to have many friends and colleagues make this transition along with me. If you’re reading this, please remember to use the email address below the blog! Feel free to drop in there and tell me a story, invite me to something, or just say hi!

November 13 ’06 – Another update with new ideas and thoughts.

November 12 ’06 – Wow! I think that I really hit the ball out of the park this month by doing what I love most about blogging, writing about things I care about as a blogger as well as providing insight that is not too technical and can be understood by people with a little education about life. I am very thankful for and in awe of Mr. Money Mustache for his insights. And I am in awe too of what I’m learning about myself as a spiritual being as I explore the whole spectrum of what will come next.
