How to prevent some of the biggest killers in our day-to-day lives. These articles are for you, if you want to be healthy and live a long life. I promise you.

The truth is that the body only takes in so much and then dumps whatever it isn’t meant to use as garbage or toxins. The problem is that you’re not always aware of what you’re tossing out. If you don’t stop every now and then, you need to be prepared to be sick. In this article, I’ll give you tips on how to take a better look at what you’re eating and to be aware that you might be storing chemicals that can cause health problems down the road.

In addition to this, I want to give you some tips on how to stay sane in a constantly changing world. Here’s the final word on drugs, that you should know about if you’re a drug user.

How did you get your start in music?

I’ve always been interested in music and writing. I’ve always loved making music and writing. I’ve always wanted to get to that next level. It’s something that’s stuck with me since I was 15 years old. I’m pretty much done at this point with college. I love all the different kinds of music I make. I make pretty much everything and I love it. That being said, I don’t really know why you’d consider it a career. It’s something that needs money to play and I make more than enough to pay rent. That’s more or less it.

You have a new single out, your first solo record, and are signed to Matador Records. How did you decide to take things into your own hands and where is your head at today as a solo artist?

I think Matador was the first record label of which I’ve ever been signed. I’ve always known they had me in the back of their mind but I didn’t start working with Matador until early 2013. I’ve always been pretty happy with the people behind the label and everything has been pretty smooth out there. I try to not work too much with other people on the record. I did the last half of it myself with just myself and a few friends. I didn’t want to take too much time off from making music.

Are you going to be releasing new music in 2014?

Yeah, I do have some new songs. I still don’t know if they’re going to be singles or if they’re going to be demos. We have one track coming out this year that I’m super excited about and the rest of my stuff is coming out around that time, as well. I’m so excited to finally get into the studio since, for the first time in years, I can’t. It’s all just on hold until I have the right equipment.

I met a really beautiful girl a few months ago here in Los Angeles, and I decided that the next time I travel there would be to help her get to know me. Her name is Emily and we got to going and I ended up staying with her for the evening. We were talking about music and I told her I wanted to start writing again. She immediately started helping me with her band and helping me write music. That was almost immediately after I met her at Los Angeles International and I realized I had the ability to finally get all of these songs out. We had a great time together and I feel like she’s a great person to be with for anything in this world, even for an intimate setting like a room at a record label meeting.
