How To Stop Procrastinating, Start Doing And Loving Every Day

The ability to start, take action and enjoy your time will have far-reaching results. So if you’ve ever wanted to, you know what it’s like to want to get better, but never have. If so, you might just be suffering from procrastination and a major impediment to life’s great opportunities.

The more you have and appreciate what you have — and especially what you do have and enjoy — the more your mind and the reality of your life will shift to accommodate and celebrate it. It’s a slow burn, and it needs to be made.  That’s where the magic of this book is at, and that’s where my practice is right now, in fact.

If you’ve ever had the urge to procrastinate — to sit home and think about nothing in your mind but nothing but things on paper — my book will change all that. This is a book about being happy and not being unhappy. It’s about taking the leap to be more fully alive. It’s about the gift of time and the freedom to get it when you have it — now, in this moment.

This book is for you if:

(1) You enjoy being happy, whether you’re an extrovert or an introvert, in your own way (or both) because of what you have.

(2) You’ve been unsuccessful finding anything worthwhile to do outside of your work, family and hobbies.

(3) You’re afraid or discouraged about going back to work and/or having other responsibilities because you haven’t really gotten over the hangover from the loss of your first 5-year plan, or your new one.

(4) You’ve had a life changing experience such as a break-up or a death of a family member and you can’t quite cope with your feelings of emotional numbness and apathy.

(5) You’re in pain and you wish you were being productive, but you’re not sure what is, or if you’re even doing anything productive.

If you have any of these symptoms, then you may benefit from reading this book.

A few of the benefits from writing this book, and this blog, are: – I’ll talk about what it’s like to be on the other side of my life.  Because that’s the only side I’ve ever understood. – If you enjoy reading about your pain and sadness, I’ll make sure that you find some solace. – If you are a writer/journalist and you want to get in front of people and talk about your life’s moments, now is the time to do it. – I’ll give you ideas that you really can implement.  The best ones will inspire you to be even happier. – It’s a great starting place for a new habit of thinking about what’s actually important in life.  And finally, it’s a great starting place for creating new habits that will last for many days, weeks, and even months.  And, as a bonus, it’s a great place to start a practice of self-awareness, self-care, and a new style of eating.

So why is this book called “How To Stop Procrastinating ?”

The title of this book literally means “Stop Procrastinating” because you can be stopped from procrastinating and doing the work just by thinking about it. Your work will begin.  The process will begin to flow.  You will begin to get some kind of satisfaction about it. And when you do, you will stop procrastinating…or you will start procrastinating.  No need to force the outcome.  That’s a cop-out. The process will happen.  It’s just a matter of whether you think about how to stop it, and choose to think about it at the right moment.

I’m trying to offer you this book, I’m offering you an opportunity.  You are given an opportunity!  Give me your attention right now and I can help you develop and get it happening.

This book comes out a little over a month from now.  I’m hoping it will be well-received by those seeking more effective self-improvement methods.
