How To Stop Worrying About The Small Stuff And Become More Positive About Life

I wish you could feel this when you are sad. Imagine if you could smile and be cheerful. You will know that the world isn’t so dark and gloomy, and the small things aren’t that frustrating. Your days can be filled with joy, fulfillment, and peace.

When you feel down and you keep thinking about the bad things that might happen to you, it becomes harder and harder to find reasons not to let yourself feel these feelings. Your mind starts to become clouded, and your thoughts become hard to control. So, instead of letting yourself be depressed, you will do your best to avoid being reminded of its existence. To avoid the negative thoughts, you will do things like watching reality TV, surfing the web, or eating unhealthy food.

So when people tell other people to just “be positive,” they say that “there is nothing wrong with being sad or down and you need to just keep going and get over it!” No! That is exactly the wrong thing to do! You should do what you do because life is actually awesome and there is no reason to think it’ll be any less enjoyable. It doesn’t mean that you can’t feel sad. You can. It just means that you need to keep things healthy.

Let me give you an example from my own life. I used to be really down about the way I looked. In school, I would constantly compare myself to other girls. It was really hard to stop. When I was 18, I had my heart attack. My mother and I went to the hospital. I said a prayer and said that I wish everyone would know how much I hate myself. After that, I started walking around the hospital and showing the staff my scars because I thought that if anyone knows how I hate myself, it is them. It wasn’t until I got out of the hospital that I really started to feel better about myself. I was sad about losing my hair, but I wasn’t worried about being the most unattractive. I am happy with how I am as an adult.

What I’m trying to say is that there is a reason why negative thoughts will come up and you must not put them at the forefront again and again in your mind. Instead, keep this attitude: “I will just be happy if that’s all I have to focus my thoughts on.” I believe that this is the answer if you feel sad or depressed. You will only be able to find happiness if your heart is happy too.
