There seems to be no doubt in my mind that I am an extremely healthy human being. I love to travel the country, I love to hike, I love being lazy and lazy doesn’t really apply to me much in a positive way. I also like to laugh a lot. But most importantly to me, and as you’ll see by this video, I really want to make a positive difference in the lives of others. So how can I do that? So, this is my quest. Why am I motivated to change the world? Well, first of all I’m very passionate about helping to stop suicide. Because as you have seen in the last few moments, it seems that in order to change something, you can’t really start to think how you’re going to change it. You’ve got to start by having the desire to do the thing you want to change. And that’s something I have and I think it’s kind of selfish to think that I have enough energy to have a hundred people change. It’s got to be a big thing for me when I want to change people’s lives, I’ve got to be able to do that with a hundred people, and if I want to make a big change I’m going to need a whole lot more motivation than that. I do need love. I still need people to help me. And I’m not going to change the world forever by myself.

I am a pretty average guy. I play guitar, I play drums, I play bass, I play all kinds of instruments. I got a full band backing me up, I’ve got a few different friends that help me out with my writing, I’ve got an assistant and a few other help out all the time, and I’m not a very rich guy. I’m not, but I can still make a little bit of a difference by what I do. I’m not a wealthy guy, and I was able to be able to stay on the road from when I was like 17 all the way through to the late 30s on the road, and I still think that that was the best job I’ve ever had in my life. The best job in my life meant to me, it wasn’t to play music, but it meant that I was doing my part to just have a chance in life and that I never really gave up on life. Like I have a little old house with a car that runs, but my family has to do all the hard work for me and we try to always keep the house on the ground. They did a great job of taking care of me, they took care of me the same way I’m taking care of my audience and I think that’s important because I have a pretty intense audience, but I can’t be too proud of the fact that you never see me at the club drinking and smoking. Like I like to stay focused and on track and make myself some tasty food as well.

It took me a while, I’ve been kind of a late bloomer myself. But I’m a big believer that just by doing something, you actually become a better person. I don’t want you to ever feel like you have wasted years of your life on something if you don’t find an answer, you don’t find a solution, you just find the answer by yourself. And, what I’m about to show you is exactly how you do it. Now, I’m going to be doing negative affirmations for about thirty days. For your own, this is what I’m doing, I’m using negative affirmations to regain my energy. So if this is your first experience, the way I’m going to do it is: I’m going to write down something really positive and optimistic about myself. So, take some time and go through this and do it until things become really good for you. But I would recommend that you write a positive affirmation for yourself every day of the whole month to make sure that each time you do this it creates a little energy change. And the last thing I want you to do is to try and write something to the effect of “life can be really good,” and you know, I guess you could try to say something like that, but I don’t think that’s something that anyone wants to hear at all. And this is a little bit of a self help video for how to write positive affirmations for yourself. But there’s a part where there’s going to be some affirmations that are going to help you just to make your life a little better.
