What Your Diet Says About You

A surprising number of people don’t really know a lot about their health. There’s a lot of junk food in modern life, and it’s easy to get confused and confused.

It’s a myth that sugar is bad for you. Eating foods high in the simple sugar alcohol fructose can help to control high blood pressure, and the amount that you eat is not important. A balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables is the best way to get healthy.

A few foods for weight gain

There’s a myth that if you eat lots of fat, you’ll be slim. Fat is good for you, but it won’t make you thin. The myth goes that getting too much fat will cause you to gain weight, but this is completely incorrect. When you eat unhealthy fats, your body will take fat from your food and store it for later. For example, if you eat lots of cheese and butter, some of it will get stored up in your abdomen, and your body will take the fat and store it for the future.

So, a more important question is what foods will actually make you gain weight? Eating too much fat or too much protein, and not enough vegetables and fruits, are two bad things in your diet. Too much meat is a major culprit. If you eat too much of it, you have higher cholesterol, which will raise your risk of heart disease. You’ll also be less likely to be able to lose weight by eating less meat. On the more extreme side of it, eating too much fat can make you gain weight, even if you eat fewer calories.

If you need a dose of realism: your body can’t do much about your size. The only way for you to lose weight is by exercising and eating less food, but you can actually have an easier time losing it if you eat more variety of foods.

I’ve written a lot about the importance of eating vegetables and fruits, and for good reason: they’re a lot cheaper than most junk foods do. They’re also much better sources of vitamins and minerals.

If you need a dose of reality: if you don’t eat enough vegetables and fruits, you’ll still die if you die, but at a lower rate than if you ate a ton more junk food.
