Why Exercise Counts For More Than You Think

A study from the University of British Colombia revealed that exercising regularly may be a good investment in one’s health and well-being.

In this essay, I will argue that fitness training is one of the best ways we have to improve our health. When we exercise, we burn fat and boost our immune system. We also reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes and diabetes, as well as some cancers and depression. These are just a few of the health benefits of exercise that you have to give them a try.

The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone. If you are at a place in your life where you are in a bad mood and feeling depressed, I would recommend going for a walk, running a short distance or trying a new sport such as karate. Whatever you are doing, use it to boost your energy.

I would recommend you also check out these great blogs and other great resources:

1. The Healthy Life Foundation – I was recently on The Healthy Life Family Forum  where the main topic at the time was to encourage people to start walking/running regularly. Here you can discover how to live a healthier lifestyle, such as how to cook healthier meals or how to reduce cravings. There are also some great books I recommend as well, including The 3-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and The 10-Minute Powerup by Tim Ferris. 2. Run More , Walk More, or Swim More  – Another great resource which highlights the benefits of exercise. 3. The Wellbeing Lab  – This resource has a multitude of videos regarding various health topics. These include exercise, what it is, possible benefits and what you should try. Many of these videos are quite educational, so I would recommend that you go through this resource. 4. My Top Health Concerns – The purpose of this website is to provide you with insight when it comes to your health concerns, including mental illness. This website is very well-researched, and it has a number of helpful educational articles that relate specifically to this topic. The purpose of this website is also to give you the options and know-how so you can have confidence when you get to the doctor. If you would like a more personal approach to this topic, don’t hesitate to contact me.

5. Healthy Habits – A good blog that explains the benefits and health benefits of a healthy lifestyle. 6. The Healthy Kids blog – This blog is another great resource that has videos for kids and teens on the importance of a good diet and exercise routine. 7. The 5 Habits of Highly Effective People – By following these five strategies regularly, you are able to live a healthier life. 8. Get Up and Move – I actually don’t really have a personal recommendation of any kind for people who are stuck in a bad mood, but I can give a recommendation for those who are feeling down about a particular problem, such as divorce or the death of a close family member. If you want to improve your relationship, then it is important that you are aware of how you may be affecting your partner. Also don’t forget to take care of yourself; not just because people around you are doing it but also in your own little way. Just a daily walk, or a brisk 5-minute exercise might provide some much needed energy.

9. Healthy Lifestyle – I have also found this blog to be very helpful in a number of different areas. If you are looking for a new activity, this blog has some great information. 10. The Science of Health and Fitness – A blog that has a number of educational articles regarding the science behind the health benefits of various types of exercise. 11.
