There are a lot of negative things in the world, and it’s good to know the positive things, but it’s also good to try to be aware of the negative things.

I encourage people who struggle with negativity and negative thoughts to try to find some positive things in their life. The world is full of interesting and intriguing people, so don’t put your trust in negative people. You can have all your doubts but still make lasting new connections with people. Life is filled with many wonderful things, so get to explore and find your passion. As we start to find our passion for the things in life that truly make our lives better, the negative thoughts in our mind are replaced with the positive. That can happen only by actually trying and finding what you’re passionate about.
