Why Your Goals Should Never Feel Impossible

This week’s article reminds us that the best way to achieve anything is to do it. Whether we are trying to lose weight, get fit, or achieve an important goal–we should never make those goals impossible, even for ourselves.

After reading my favorite fitness book, The Sports Diet for Men , I had to start doing a weekly meal plan. And, I kept a weekly journal in which I recorded my daily nutritional intake. Since that time, a few things have changed. I have lost an additional 30 pounds, my blood pressure has gone down from 160/90 to 140/90, and I feel amazing. But that one thing was the most important–I never felt that my goals were impossible. Because they weren’t. Because I did them. Because I knew I could do them.

We can be sure that if we just do the things that feel impossible, we will start reaching for the impossible every time.

A Tale of Two Sides to Every Story

This week, we’ll be discussing the challenges of building the perfect life through the lens of writing a story. This is a story about two sides to the same story, one that we call success, and one that is difficult to define, but is more like failure.

And then we’ll look over the other end of the story, and see how, once we’ve come to terms with the difficult truth of what it means to be imperfect, we find that we’re able to accomplish anything we set our minds to.

Before we do that, though, let’s first take a quick detour to look at a story. This is an odd story, it’s not a very interesting story, and it’s not a very good story. It’s a story about a man who used to be a successful lawyer who has lost everything that defines an achievement. It’s a story about a man who doesn’t feel much like he achieved anything. It’s a story about an old man, and it’s about a man who is a lawyer, and how he still sees an unfinished picture. It’s a story about a man who has worked very hard and sacrificed a lot to achieve his ambitions, but who feels out of place in his own profession. It’s a story about a man who is a lawyer, and feels out of place in his own profession. It’s a story about a couple of men who are trying to help a poor boy, and it’s about a boy who wants more. (And it’s about a family that is struggling.) It’s a story about a couple of men who are trying to help a poor boy, and it’s about a boy who wants more. (And it’s about a family that is struggling.) It’s a story about a woman who is trying to help a poor boy, and she’s trying very hard, and she’s really making a lot of sacrifices, but sometimes she can feel in a place where she no longer feels that she has made a difference. She’s trying very hard, she’s trying to help as many people as she can, and sometimes she may feel that she’s achieved too much, that she’s found peace with herself. And also it’s about how a man learns to let go of what was once a lot to achieve, and what was once a lot to lose. It’s a story about a boy who loves his hometown, and loves his people, and who also loves to go bowling, and who is proud to be from a place where there is bowling.
